ODSTĄPIENIE OD UMOWY
In accordance with applicable regulations, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, each Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from taking possession of the Product, without having to provide a reason. To do this, simply send a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the following e-mail address: support@apoyocosmetics.com or by post to the following address: APOYO: Pasiempre Sp. z o.o., ul. Plac Konstytucji 5/7, 00-657 Warszawa.
In the event of withdrawal, the contract is considered void and the Product should be returned immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The return costs are borne by the Customer, unless he decides to use the return option at APOYO expense, which requires completing the appropriate form available in the Customer panel.
The value of the Product will be returned to the indicated bank account immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product, using the same payment method that was used for purchase, unless the Customer agrees to a different solution.
GOODS EXCHANGE
The Customer may, with the consent of the Seller, exchange the Product for another one within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To make an exchange, please contact us via e-mail: support@apoyocosmetics.com. In the event of an exchange, any price difference will be settled.
COMPLAINTS
Product Complaints
If the Product does not comply with the contract, the Customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints can be sent to the following e-mail address: support@apoyocosmetics.com or by post to: APOYO, ul. Plac Konstytucji 5/7, 00-657 Warszawa, Poland. The complaint must be accompanied by proof of purchase and, if possible, a completed complaint form available on the website.
The Seller will consider complaints within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller covers the costs of returning and replacing the Product with a defect-free one.
Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services
Complaints regarding services provided electronically by the Store may be submitted to the following e-mail address: support@apoyocosmetics.com. The processing of such a complaint also takes place within 14 days.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer using the Store is obliged to comply with the regulations, good manners and the rights of other users. It is unacceptable to transmit unlawful content or interfere with the operation of the Store.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The customer can choose from available payment methods: online payment, cash on delivery, PayPal. The payment for the goods together with delivery costs should be settled within 1 business day from the conclusion of the sales contract.
HANDLING OF COMPLAINTS
The Seller shall be liable for non-conformity of the Goods with the contract of sale, which becomes apparent within two years from the release of the Goods. In case of non-conformity, the customer has the right to repair, replace, reduce the price, or cancel the contract.
